aBuilder (abuilder.online) is a managed trades matching service. We connect homeowners with tradespeople via dedicated agents. The service is free for homeowners. Tradespeople may be charged a lead fee.
You must be over 18 to use the service. All information you provide must be accurate. You agree not to misuse the platform, post fraudulent jobs, or harass tradespeople or agents.
We act as a matching intermediary. We do not employ the tradespeople on our platform and are not liable for the quality of their work. Contracts for work are directly between homeowner and tradesperson.
aBuilder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform or the work carried out by tradespeople introduced through it. We strongly recommend obtaining written quotes before any work begins.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
